DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS WE CANCEL THE EVENT DUE TO CORONAVIRUS OR OTHER ACT OF GOD OR WE HAVE A WAIT LIST AND CAN REPLACE YOU WITH A PLAYER OF A SIMILAR LEVEL. 

Once the final payment is made 30 or 60 days before the event, the money is completely non-refundable unless you can find your own replacement. 

You will be placed on a court with players of similar level. We take care great care in ensuring players are on a court with players of similar levels. We check USTA Rating and USTA Dynamic Ratings on www.tennisrecord.com. If a players does not have a dynamic rating, they can come with a doubles partner that will attest their level. If a player is coming solo we will call their pro or coach to verify their rating. We make all efforts to mix players around so everyone will play with other players, as long as the levels are close. 

DISCOUNTED CAMPS

If you signed up for a discounted Gigi Method Camp you understand that Gigi will not be there for the entire camp. She will participate in the welcome dinner and may make an on-court appearance based on her schedule and  availability, but there is no guarantee that Gigi will be on the court for these camps. 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If you decide to arrive a day early to a camp, or depart a day late, we will offer you our contracted rate and you agree to pay for the extra night’s stay. 

If you sign up for a massage or any other services at the Innisbrook Resort and Spa or at any hotel associated with a Gigi Method Camp, you agree to pay for those services.
