Geoffrey is classically trained having received his training at the Culinary Institute of America as well as in France. A successful restaurateur, Geoffrey has been involved in the opening and operation of several restaurants including The Lambs Club and The National in New York City.

Geoffrey is a familiar face on television, often appearing as a judge on popular cooking shows like “Chopped” and “Iron Chef America.”

Geoffrey is a James Beard Foundation award winner and has received many accolades for his contributions to the food industry.

St. Barthélemy, commonly known as St. Barths, has a small airport called Gustaf III Airport (SBH). Due to its relatively short runway and challenging approach, only smaller aircraft are able to land there. Traditionally, visitors to St. Barts fly into nearby islands with larger airports, such as Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) in St. Maarten or Juliana Airport (SFG) in St. Martin. From there, they take a connecting flight or use other transportation options, like boats or ferries, to reach St. Barts.

To reach St. Barts (St. Barthélemy) by air, you typically follow these steps:

1. **Fly to a Nearby Island:** Since St. Barts has a small airport with limited capacity, most travelers fly into larger neighboring islands with international airports. Popular choices include Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) in St. Maarten or Juliana Airport (SFG) in St. Martin and San Juan Luis Munoz Marin International Airport.

2. **Take a Connecting Flight or Ferry:** From the larger island, you can either take a connecting flight to Gustaf III Airport (SBH) in St. Barts or opt for alternative transportation like ferries or private boats. Several regional airlines and charter services offer flights between the islands.

3. **Regional Airlines and Charter Services:** Companies like Winair, Tradewind Aviation, and others operate short flights from the larger islands to St. Barts. Chartering a private plane is also a common and convenient option.

Tennis and Sunset Wine Tasting
Breakfast followed by a short 10 minute drive to the St. Barths Tennis Center where we will play tennis each morning.

90-minute Gigi Method Clinic covering Step 1 of The Gigi Method, Positioning. Option to add an hour of play with other players in the group.

Tennis and Ocean Adventure
Breakfast at the hotel followed by 90-minute Morning Tennis where we cover Steps 2 and 5 of The Gigi Method. (Court Coverage and Shot Selection). Option to add an hour of play with other players in the group.

Afternoon Ocean Adventure.

Ocean Adventure includes Sailing, Sportsfishing, Scuba Diving, Surfing, Windsurfing and other water sports.

Tennis, Shopping in St. Barths, Dinner by the Ocean
Breakfast will be followed by a Morning Tennis Hit session with Gigi and the Pros.

Shopping in St. Barths. Serious shoppers on a mission, and window shoppers alike, might choose to begin in Gustavia. The bustling little capital has three major shopping streets including the harborside Quai de la Rpublique, nicknamed “rue du Couturier.” It rivals New York’s Madison Avenue and Paris’s Avenue Montaigne for elegant displays in exciting designer shops including Louis Vuitton, Tod’s, Bulgari, Psyched, Cartier, Chopard, Longchamp, Dolce & Gabbana, Richard Mille, and Herms. It’s the perfect spot to pick up a Rolex watch or a Chanel bag.
